Mentorship Programme

Capitalizing on our alumni network, we are excited to bring you our very own ECA Mentorship Programme!

How it Works:

  • Every member has the possibility to apply to one of our mentors depending on your interests and ambitions.

  • The ECA team together with the Mentors select the mentees and inform you of the results.

  • The mentorship period lasts one academic year, during which you are free to ask for help, advice, and guidance. The programme includes regular chats with your mentor. The ECA team will assist in preparing meaningful discussions, but it is also up to you to decide how you want to use this opportunity!

Benefits of the program:

Leadership

As a mentee, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with a range of individuals with exciting careers. By working within the team, you’ll also have the chance to guide discussions with professionals in an engaging and confident manner.

Career support

Gain valuable insights and insider tips from professionals with a strong EU orientation. ECA organizes meetings tailored to address all your career-related questions, offering personalized advice according to your unique career aspirations.

Networking

Connect directly with experts and gain firsthand insights into their personal experiences in the field. You’ll have the chance to build a meaningful connection with your mentor.
