Each month, ECA members can sign up for ECA Workshops. They provide an opportunity to enhance our knowledge, train our skills, and plan our careers together, in a group. They are highly practical, interactive and focused on engaging the participants as much as possible, in order for them to gain experience and valuable feedback. The Workshops are led by experts on the topic, both professionals and passionate students. Every ECA member can join the Workshops free of charge and there is no limit as to how many Workshops per year the members can attend.

Moreover, ECA members can sign up for CV Enhancement Sessions. These are small-scale meetings of 2-5 people facilitated by a leader, in which we enhance, revise and polish up our CVs, focusing on each individual case and giving each other feedback and comments. We also help you tailor your CV to the needs of the particular institution, company or position you are applying to. CV Enhancement Sessions are organised based on demand and amount of sign-ups, but not more than 1-2 times per month. The timeframes available on the website are just an indication, after enough people sign up, a common date is found to accommodate the needs of the participants and the leader.
