Interviews
After reviewing your application, we will send you an invitation to an interview. The selected applicants are going to be invited to interviews, which will take place between 09.02 and 13.02. During this last stage, we want to get to know you better to make a final decision.

The selected Team Members will receive an email with further details.
Teams
Each team is in charge of the operational functioning of the different association departments. As part of the team, you will be able to develop the association’s activities. at the same time, you will be able to shape the association’s departments with your own ideas and vision. This will allow you to gain valuable experience and skills in your preferred field. Check them out!
You can apply for more than one team, but you can only be part of one.
Workshops
TASKS
Responsible for brainstorming Workshop ideas.
Helping establish the workshops and plan the activities within them.
Helping with organising and conducting the CV Enhancement session.
Staying in touch with the members attending the Workshops and CV
Enhancement sessions.Contacting the Workshop leaders and discuss the plan & content with them.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Creative and communicative. Great enthusiasm & drive.
Comfortable & confident with presenting ideas and explaining content to others.
Time management. Knowledge of EU institutions and the Union.

Reaching out to potential strategic partners (EU institutions, law firms, consultancies, think tanks, etc.) and local partners.
Building these partnerships by meeting with partners, drafting agreements, and organising collaborations.
Maintaining & enhancing relations with current partners/ sponsors.
Drafting and negotiating contracts.
Helping out with logistics of events.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Motivated to find new partners and sponsors.
