How to become a member
To become a member click here to go to the registration form.
Following the instructions on the page, fill out your information and pay the Semester Membership fee (15€) to finalise your registration. You will receive an email from us with a confirmation of your registration and the upcoming activities. Memberships are valid till the end of the current academic year.
What are the benefits of being a member?
As a member, you get:
Free access to workshops, in small groups of members, where you will practice skills and get knowledge crucial for your future career.
Free access to all special events, such as guest lectures, panel debates, Q&A sessions, and info evenings with invited guests.
Free access to all networking events with people already working for or around the European Union, and social events with all ECA members.
Access to our study trips to visit the EU headquarters and our private sector or non-profit partners.

Why do we charge a membership fee?
Creating a new student association comes with significant costs. Furthermore, we incur running costs for things such as the association bank account, website hosting, or marketing materials. We also contribute to various special events. To finance all this, we need a contribution from our members, as ultimately, we all benefit from the association together. Member fees are our main source of income, and they are entirely spent on statutory activity of the association, as is required by Dutch Law and our statutes.
