On Tuesday, March 15th, 2022 the European Careers Association will go for a day trip to Luxembourg! We will leave Maastricht at 5:00 am on Tuesday and return by 9:00 pm on the same day. there you will get the chance to visit the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as a private company, Innpact.

What will you do?

1. Attend a hearing in a case before the Court of Justice/the General Court, preceded by a briefing on the case concerned.

2. Receive a general presentation of the Court of Justice/the General Court.

3. Learn about the profession of lawyer-linguists.

4. Participate in a guided tour of the building.

5. Visit the offices of Innpact, and learn about what they do. Innpact is a leading impact finance specialist providing advisory and third-party fund management services.

To participate in the trip, you must:

1. Be an ECA Member for the academic year 2021-22. Sign up here: https://ecamaastricht.org/join

2. Hold a valid EU Digital COVID certificate on October 15th, meaning you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past the last dose of the vaccine), you hold a PCR test, or you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months. If your certificate was issued on the basis of vaccination it is only valid for a period of 9 months following the administration of the last dose. If your last dose was administered before June 19th, 2021 your certificate will not be valid. 3. Be resident in an EU Member State and be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Costs: EUR 45

• Included: Transportation to and from Luxembourg, goodie bag, visit to the CJEU and Inppact

• Not included: Meals, transportation from CJEU to Innpact.

Selected participants will be informed before the carnival break and will have to pay the participation fee immediately.
