On the 16th of June at 4 pm, the ECA General Meeting of Members will take place, to reflect upon our achievements over the last year and to celebrate ECA’s first year together. Furthermore, we will elect the new Managing Board for 2021/2022.

To allow members who currently are not residing in Maastricht join, the GMM will take place on zoom. The voting procedures will also be done digitally.

The General Meeting of Members is the most important decision-making organ of the association. It is composed of all the members of the association, and has the power to choose the Managing Board, to adopt resolutions, and to accept the financial report.

Programme:
- Managing Board report on the state of the association in its first year of existence, its finances, and membership statistics.
- Association Council presentation on the different kinds of activities performed in the last year, partnerships with local and strategic partners, and the blue&yellow project.
- Election of the financial committee, that will review the report on the finances of the association before the next GMM;
- Election of the new Managing Board for 2021-2022 from a binding list of candidates presented by the incumbent Managing Board.
