The Council is the advisory body of the ECA, shaping the development direction of the Association and devising ideas for progress. Each Council Member may also receive a primary porfolio of responsibility, and work closely with one of the Managing Board Members.

During its meetings, the Council discusses the current affairs of the association, as well as new projects and the development direction of the ECA. The take place every two weeks.
